Live evidence (2026-08-26): HTTP version.json on aljabbar/rejis/sdn1pgt/spansa returns frontend_git_commit_sha=f7a20f7d… and build_run_id=fe-build-f7a20f7d-v1demo.

Mechanism: /var/www/staging-scola/dist and production tenant docroots shared the same resolved directory …/scola-releases/production/fe-build-fd3aba832bb8-mssrc0va, whose contents were replaced in-place at ~2026-08-26T06:19Z. Claimed prestate backup symlink points at the same path (non-restorable).
