Why summary matrix briefly said Mixed while §7.2 was PASS

Section 7.2 RT-W04- rows were updated to PASS when the harness first greened, but the section 3 summary table (and README E2E column) were left on the older pre-T6D product-gate wording (Mixed NOT RUN/BLOCKED / [RED][RT]). That was a docs sync drift, not a failed matrix re-run: QG-17 evidence already existed under T6D-evidence/. Residual work then hardened the harness (fixture identity + real foreign exam) and this file + summary/README were synced to PASS 11/11*.

Phase 1 — Harden (complete)

  • W04 state machine via w04_contract.py / w04_state.py
  • Transition map tightened; direct state write blocked in save API
  • Idempotent runner submit for submitted/graded attempts
  • Route access v13: runner → academics.cbt_exams.sit; gradebook publish → academics.cbt_grading.manage
  • scola_report_card optional in manifest; fail-closed gradebook publish
  • FE: scola_cbt feature flag on /admin/cbt*; grading route capability alignment

Phase 2 — Harness (complete)

  • scripts/golden/w04_runtime_certify.py with disposable DB prefix scola_t6d_audit_*
  • Residual harden (2026-08-30):
  • prepare_fixtures() sets ir.config_parameter scola.golden.fixture_version (+ checksum) so live probe_live_identity succeeds without identity_probe_error
  • Always seeds disposable company T6D Audit GT-T2 + course/batch/op.exam.session/subject/exam so SCP/TEN exercise denied cross-company save with non-null foreign_exam_id
  • Matrix rows updated in 07-release-test-matrix.md §3 + §7.2; README E2E synced
