Notes:
- Dev and demo share the same
database.uuid(clone lineage). Isolation still distinguishes them by db name and port. - Golden has no admission module installed. Optional Admissions work must use a disposable overlay/clone, not the canonical Golden baseline.
- Demo currently has SC-ADM + Fees + CBT entitlements ON (legacy mixed profile). T6A did not promote a new candidate and did not change demo.
- Dev is the only editable-backend runtime. Its
source-identityenv SHA is stale relative to worktree HEAD.

scola_admission does not hard-depend scola_fees. The fees bridge will auto-install whenever both parents are installed. Fresh-install closure of scola_bundle_admission was not executed in this tranche (Phase 8 blocked).
Golden entitlement map: scola_admission=false. Optional ledger: Admissions OFF / not certified / excluded from RC1.
Phase-2 stop¶
Signed, immutable approval is missing for the 15 W03 properties in T6A-W03-product-decision-gate.md. Behavioral Phases 3–10 were not entered. No Admissions application source was modified.
