Scope: SC-ADM only. This closes CTRL-005 and RT-PKG-GAP-01 as a truthful SC-ADM surface map. It does not close those controls for other packages, and it does not certify W03.
Source identity: FE tree eb10f68e… / BE complete tree b9353ec9… (RC1 application trees; no T6A application edits).
Package: SC-ADM · installer scola_bundle_admission · flag scola_admission · entitlement independent of install.
