Approval record (2026-08-10): The requesting user approved the bounded Core V1 recommendation in the current conversation: Core remains narrow; optional/pilot packages remain entitlement- and capability-gated; SC-ATTEND+ remains split until a composite is explicitly approved; and SC-FOUND uses scola_bundle_foundation with enterprise retained as an umbrella. This conversational approval replaces the previously requested formal Product Owner sign-off for this decision record.
