All three findings from the prior T3-C audit are independently closed:

• The cross-tenant parent-link exploit is denied in live Golden runtime and leaves no op.parent row.
• The E1.2 validator now binds served FE identity correctly for the current evidence; the served commit is an ancestor with documentation-only differences.
• The missing adversarial branch is present in the 33-case W02 denominator and passes with persistence assertions.

This verdict is limited to T3.1 W02 and does not certify W05, optional business workflows, or unrelated future tranches.
