T2.1/W01 Independent Re-audit Verdict

T2.1 PARTIAL — BEHAVIORAL FINDINGS CLOSED, CURRENT-TIP CERTIFICATION GAP REMAINS

The two material W01 defects previously found were independently retested and are closed in the current Golden runtime:

• teacher timetable read scope is no longer widened by tenant-only listing;
• invalid academic-year terms no longer leave partial year state.

However, T2.1 cannot be certified yet. The immutable evidence chain is stale. The recorded E1.2 manifest binds to BE f106676… and an earlier FE tree, while current FE/BE application trees and served identities differ. The validator explicitly fails rather than accepting a docs-only descendant.

Required disposition:

1. create a current-tip FE/BE/runtime manifest;
2. rerun the complete 64-case T2.1 matrix against that exact runtime;
3. run the E1.2 validator and require PASS with no application-tree mismatch;
4. verify served FE identity and entitlements match the manifest;
5. only then issue an independent W01 certification.
