The disposable catalog mutation added SC-UNKNOWN and produced:

PACKAGE CONTRACT CONSISTENCY FAIL
 - package-catalog.yaml unknown SKUs not in commercial topology denominator: ['SC-UNKNOWN']
 - SC-UNKNOWN: present in package-catalog.yaml but missing from dispositions

The temporary mutation was outside the repository and did not alter application or catalog files.
