The validator rejects stale BE application descendants, empty module/entitlement payloads, fixture mismatches, DB UUID mismatches, runtime-tree mismatches, case omissions, and result/run mismatches. Backend identity is no longer accepted as an environment string alone because the live runtime application tree is compared to the certified workspace tree.
